Accessibility Statement

SignNexa is a product of Royal Freelancing. We want everyone to be able to use SignNexa, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we aim for, what we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

1.Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build the product, not an afterthought. We design and test the public SignNexa website and the application to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as wide a range of people as we can.

2.Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. Conformance is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification, and we treat any gap we find as a defect to fix.

3.Measures we take

  • A “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element on every page, so keyboard and switch users can bypass the header and go straight to the content.
  • Semantic HTML and landmarks - a single main region, labelled navigation groups, and one clear page heading with a logical heading order.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator, and focus moved to the content when the skip link is used.
  • Colour contrast chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios for text and interactive controls.
  • Responsive, zoom-friendly layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged.
  • Reduced-motion support - animation is minimised for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and aria attributes on form fields and status messages where semantic HTML alone is not enough.

4.Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third-party components we embed, such as the cookie-consent banner, are outside our direct control and may not fully match our own standards.
  • Some data-heavy tool output (for example detailed diagnostic tables) is still being reviewed for the best assistive-technology experience.
  • User-generated public pages depend in part on the content and images each author provides.

We are working to reduce these gaps and will update this statement as we do.

5.Feedback and contact

If you run into an accessibility barrier on SignNexa, please tell us - your feedback helps us fix it. Email hello (at) signnexa.com with a short description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6.Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and review against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria as part of our development process. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown below.
