Is SignNexa free during Early Access?
Yes. The Early Access plan is free today - all three products, Email Signatures, Nexa Monitor, and Nexa Page, subject to fair usage limits and with no credit card required. If you want more, Founding Pro and Founding Agency are available now to unlock higher limits and lock a lifetime price. The free plan needs no card, and you are never charged without opting in.
Which email apps do signatures work in?
Signatures are built to render cleanly in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, plus the major mobile clients. We include step-by-step install guides for each.
How do I add my signature to my email?
Copy your signature from your SignNexa dashboard, then paste it into your email app's signature settings - it takes a minute. Our install guides walk through Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
Can I roll signatures out across my whole team?
Yes. Invite members with roles, set a workspace default so everyone stays on-brand, and new members get the right signature on day one - all from one account.
Can I add a promo banner or seasonal greeting?

Nexa Monitor
Automated monitoring for your domain, website, and email.
What does Nexa Monitor watch?
Your whole online presence: domain and DNS health, SSL certificates, email deliverability and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and more), security headers, blacklist checks, a performance snapshot, and inbox placement. It re-checks on a schedule so nothing goes stale.
How will I know when something goes wrong?
Monitor only alerts on confirmed changes - a certificate about to expire, a weakened DMARC policy, a site gone down - so you get signal, not noise. Alerts arrive by email and in your notifications; you can acknowledge or mute them, and expiry reminders warn you well in advance.
Does it check whether my email reaches the inbox?
Yes. Every mail domain gets a deliverability grade from A to F, a full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC breakdown, and a read on how the big providers - Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple - are likely to treat your mail.
Can I get scheduled reports?
Yes. Send a clean weekly or monthly summary to your team or clients automatically, share a live report with a link, and track scores and trends over time.
How is it different from the free tools?
The free tools give you an instant, one-off scan. Nexa Monitor runs the same checks continuously across every asset you add, keeps history, and alerts you the moment something changes.
Is monitoring safe and private?
Yes. Scans run inside an SSRF-safe envelope so they can never be turned against internal systems, traffic is served behind Cloudflare, and we keep only what the product needs.
