Terms of Service

SignNexa provides email-signature management, public identity pages, deliverability and domain monitoring, and related reporting. SignNexa is a product and brand of Royal Freelancing, a business registered in India (Kolkata, West Bengal, India), which owns and operates the service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves, and during Early Access some features may change or be unavailable.

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and be capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Keep your password and any connected sign-in methods (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Facebook) secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials.
• Notify us promptly at hello (at) signnexa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using the service.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content via signatures, pages, or email.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
• Use monitoring or scanning features against systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Resell or expose the service to third parties except as the product expressly allows.

You retain ownership of the content you create (signatures, profiles, pages, monitored assets). You grant SignNexa the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content and brand assets you upload, and for any personal data about others that you add to your signatures or pages. Where we process such personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies.

SignNexa offers a free Early Access tier and paid subscriptions (currently the Founding Pro and Founding Agency plans). The price and billing period are shown to you before you are charged. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Royal Freelancing, which issues invoices (including GST where applicable) and handles refunds. All fees and amounts are stated in US dollars (USD).

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Founding pricing is a permanently grandfathered rate: it stays locked for the life of your subscription while it remains active. Prices for new customers may change over time.
• You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• You are responsible for any taxes (such as GST/VAT) applicable to your purchase, except taxes on our net income.
• If a payment fails or an account is unpaid, we may retry the charge and may downgrade or suspend the paid features until payment succeeds; your content is not deleted.
• Some payments may require additional authentication by your bank (for example 3-D Secure); we may route you to complete it.

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Continued use of a paid plan constitutes acceptance of the then-current billing terms.

The service integrates third-party providers - for example Stripefor payment processing, social sign-in (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Facebook), and infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Hostinger, and Cloudflare. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. During Early Access we do not offer an uptime guarantee, and features may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Freelancing (operating SignNexa) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using SignNexa and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create legal or security risk, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence, the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the service.

• Entire agreement - these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and (where applicable) the Data Processing Addendum, are the entire agreement between you and Royal Freelancing regarding the service.
• Severability - if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.
• No waiver - our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment - you may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business.
• Force majeure - we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices - we may give you notice by email or by posting on the service; you can reach us at hello (at) signnexa.com.
