How long will Early Access be free?
The free Early Access plan stays free - it's a genuinely free plan you can keep using with fair usage limits and no credit card. If you want more, the Founding plans are already available to unlock higher limits and lock a lifetime price, entirely optional and only when you choose.
What happens when SignNexa launches pricing?
We'll notify every Early Access user before pricing goes live. You'll receive advance notice, founding-member benefits, early access to new plans, and no automatic charges. If you decide not to upgrade, your account will automatically move to our Free plan, which will always remain available with limited usage.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
If your Early Access account contains more signatures, workspaces, monitored assets, or other resources than the Free plan allows, you'll have a 90-day grace period after pricing launches to upgrade or reduce usage. After the grace period, only the resources exceeding the Free plan limits may be removed. Your account and data remain accessible.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data belongs to you. We never sell it, and you can export or delete your data whenever you choose. Security, privacy, and transparency are core principles of SignNexa.
Will I lose my data if I don't become a paid customer?
No. If you stay on the Free plan, your account and supported data remain available. Only features or resources that exceed the Free plan limits may be affected after the grace period. You'll always have access to your account and the ability to export your data.
