Nexa Page basics

Your Nexa Page is the one public page your signature links to - contact details, links, services, and anything else you want someone to find after they read your email. This guide covers building it, theming it, publishing it, and seeing how it performs.

Build your page

Open Nexa Page in the app to reach the builder. It has three tabs across the top - Build, Theme, and Settings - with your section list on the left, a live preview in the middle, and the inspector for the selected section on the right. The preview updates as you type.

  1. 1

    Add the sections you need

On the Build tab, add sections from the section list. Available types are Header, About, Call to Action, Booking, Links, Social, Contact, Featured Projects, Services, Testimonials, and Highlights.

  2. 2

    Fill each section in

Select a section to open its inspector on the right and edit its content there. New sections start empty - nothing is pre-filled with sample copy, so what you see in the preview is exactly what visitors will see.

  3. 3

    Put them in order

Reorder sections by dragging them in the left-hand list. Duplicate and delete live in the inspector for the selected section.

Theme it

The Theme tab applies a look to the whole page. Four themes ship today: SignNexa, Minimal, Dark, and Corporate. Switching themes never changes your content - only how it is presented - so it is safe to try them all and keep the one you like.

Choose your URL and publish

Everything below lives on the Settings tab.

  1. 1

    Pick a slug

Under General, set your page URL slug. Your page will live at /p/your-slug. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.

  2. 2

    Name the page

The page name is for you - it labels the page inside your account. If you keep more than one page, mark the one you use most as your primary page.

  3. 3

    Add SEO details

Under SEO, set an SEO title and description. These are what search engines and link previews show, so write them for a stranger, not for yourself.

  4. 4

    Publish

Under Publishing, click Publish. Until you do, the page is private and the URL will not resolve for anyone else. You can unpublish at any time from the same place.

  5. 5

    Decide about search engines

The search engine indexing switch controls whether Google and others may list the page. Turn it off if you want the page reachable by link but not findable by search.

Share it

Once published, your page is live at /p/your-slug and the Settings tab links straight to it. Put that URL in your email signature so every message you send carries it, and use it anywhere a single link has to do the work of a whole profile.

See how it is doing

Your Nexa Page has its own analytics view in the app, showing visits to the published page. It only counts real visits to the live URL, so numbers start moving after you publish and share it.

Not built yet: custom domains, password-protected pages, social preview image upload, and a canonical URL override. They appear in the builder marked as coming soon so you can see what is planned - they are not switches you have missed.
