Install guide
Add your signature in Apple Mail
Copy your signature from SignNexa, then paste it into Apple Mail's signature settings on your Mac.
- 1
Copy your signature from SignNexa
In your SignNexa dashboard, open Signatures, choose one, and click Copy.
- 2
Open Mail settings
In Apple Mail, open the Mail menu, choose Settings (or Preferences), then click the Signatures tab.
- 3
Add a new signature
Select your email account in the left column, then click the + button to create a new signature.
- 4
Turn off font matching
Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so your signature keeps its own formatting.
- 5
Paste your signature
Click into the signature area on the right and paste (Cmd+V). Your name, links, and banner appear as designed.
- 6
Assign it to your account
At the bottom, set Choose Signature for that account so it is added to new messages automatically.
Heads up: Apple Mail can be picky with images. If anything looks off, paste again with font matching turned off - and if it still misbehaves, contact us and we'll help.
