Add your signature in Gmail
Copy your signature from SignNexa, then paste it into Gmail's signature settings. Works on Gmail for the web (the Gmail mobile app uses whatever you set on the web).
- 1
Copy your signature from SignNexa
In your SignNexa dashboard, open Signatures, pick the one you want, and click Copy. This copies the formatted signature, ready to paste.
- 2
Open Gmail settings
In Gmail on the web, click the gear icon (top right), then See all settings.
- 3
Find the Signature section
On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new (or select an existing signature to replace it). Give it a name.
- 4
Paste your signature
Click into the signature editor and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V). Your name, links, and any banner will appear exactly as designed.
- 5
Set your defaults
Under Signature defaults, choose your signature for new emails and, if you like, for replies and forwards.
- 6
Save
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Compose a new email to confirm it looks right.
