Add your signature in Outlook

Copy your signature from SignNexa, then paste it into Outlook's signature settings. These steps cover new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web, which share the same settings.

  1. 1

    Copy your signature from SignNexa

In your SignNexa dashboard, open Signatures, choose one, and click Copy.

  2. 2

    Open Outlook settings

Click the gear icon (top right), then choose Settings. Go to Mail, then Compose and reply.

  3. 3

    Create a signature

Under Email signature, click New signature (or edit an existing one) and give it a name.

  4. 4

    Paste your signature

Click into the editor and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V). Your formatting, links, and banner carry over.

  5. 5

    Choose when it applies

Set the signature to be used automatically for new messages and for replies and forwards.

  6. 6

    Save

Click Save. Start a new message to check it appears correctly.

Classic Outlook (desktop)? Go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures, then create a new signature and paste. The web and new Outlook steps above are the quickest for most people.
